An order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched. Any email sent to the customer beforehand is simply an acknowledgement of receipt – as opposed to acceptance – of the order.
Shipping and handling costs are free with orders within the UK. Additional shipping charges may be made for international orders, however some items can't be shipped internationally, so please contact us for details first.
Delivery is usually between 1-3 days for UK addresses, however, please allow up to 30 days for all deliveries as problems and delays sometimes can occur due to circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control. Goods are shipped by post or carrier, by a reputable courier service such as Parcelforce.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately after your package is received. All claims MUST be made within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will only be refunded on faulty items, alternatively a replacement may be despatched. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund and should be returned within 14 days.
